Island of Saint Maarten

St. Maarten is divided into Dutch and French sides; it's the smallest landmass in the world to be divided between two governments. It's well known as a trade port and is described as a "shopper's dream". Jillian discovered the best store to buy rum - the local K-Mart. :-)
